摘要
目的 研究非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM )大鼠的逼尿肌顺应性以及舒缩功能变化情况 ,为进一步阐明糖尿病膀胱的发病机制提供实验依据。方法 制造NIDDM大鼠模型 ,以正常大鼠为对照 ,分别进行残余尿测定 ,在体膀胱灌注测压观察膀胱最大容量、膀胱顺应性改变和最大逼尿肌收缩强度 (瓦特因子 )以及采用离体逼尿肌肌条研究逼尿肌收缩力变化。结果 糖尿病组大鼠膀胱逼尿肌最大收缩力 (0 .0 8± 0 .0 4 ) g和平均收缩力 (0 .0 6± 0 .0 2 ) g较对照组 [分别为 (0 .11± 0 .0 5 )g和(0 0 7± 0 .0 3)g]降低 ;膀胱顺应性升高 ,残余尿增多、膀胱容量增大以及膀胱湿重增加。结论 糖尿病对于膀胱收缩、舒张功能均有损害作用 ,并且膀胱顺应性增高。
Objective To observe the changes of bladder contraction /relaxation and compliance in experimental NIDDM rats. Methods The NIDDM group and control group rats were examined with urodynamic testing machine at weeks 14 and 26. At weeks 6,10,14,18,22 and 26, the diabetes rats and control rats were tested by detrusor strips in vitro. Results The maximum contraction of NIDDM rats was (0.08±0.04)g and the mean contraction was (0.06±0.02)g. The maximum contraction of control rats was (0.11±0.05)g and the mean contraction was (0.07±0.03)g The contraction was lower in diabetes rats than in controls rats. The bladdercompliance was increased in diabetes rats. Conclusion The damage of contraction and relaxation may be the reason forthe compliance changes in the diabetes rats' bladder.
