摘要
以自由基聚合制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)复合膜,通过对其形貌、质子传导率、热稳定性及机械性能测试,重点探究引发剂用量对PTFE/PSSA复合膜的性能的影响。结果表明,随着引发剂用量的增加,PTFE/PSSA复合膜的质子传导率逐渐增大。当引发剂用量为单体用量的0.3%时,质子传导率达到0.17S/cm,抗拉强度为28MPa,复合膜呈现出良好的质子传导性能,同时也保持了一定的热稳定性及尺寸稳定性和力学性能。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) / polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA) composite membranes have been prepared by radical polymerization. The relationship between the initiator dosage and the properties of PTFE/PSSA composite membranes was researched by the test of their morphology, proton conductivity, thermal stability and mechanical properties. It was found that the proton conductivity of PTFE/PSSA increased with the initiator dosage increase. When the initiator dosage approached the optimum value at 3% of monomers, the proton conductivity reached to 0.17S/cm and the resisting strength reached to28MPa, which indicates that the proton conductivity of the composite membranes can be improved while holding the mechanical and thermo property.
