摘要
目的 建立注射用水中镁、铝、铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、锡、钡、铅、钙、钾、硒、银、钠、汞、氟离子、氯离子、硫酸根、硝酸根等20种化学因子含量的分析方法。方法 采用ICP-MS碰撞池技术(CCT),样品直接酸化测定注射用水中16种化学因子的含量;采用离子色谱技术(IC)测定4种阴离子的含量。结果 ICP-MS技术测定16种元素的检出限范围为0.009~0.165 ng/mL;回收率均在80%~120%范围之内;IC法测定F-、Cl-、SO2-4、NO-3的检出限在0.005~0.015μg/mL范围内,回收率在90%~102%范围之内。结论 上述方法简便、快速、准确,可用于注射用水中20种化学因子的检测,为注射用水的质量控制提供参考。
Objectives To establish methods for determining the content of Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Sn,Ba,Pb,Na,Hg,fluoride,chloride,sulfate and nitrate in the water for injection. Methods The content of 16 elements in the water for injection was determined by the collision cell technology( CCT) of ICP-MS. The water samples were directly acidified,and Sc,Ge,In and Bi were used as internal standards. The contents of 4 anions were determined by ion chromatography( IC). Results The detection limits of 16 elements detected by ICP-MS were in the range of 0. 009 ~ 0. 165 ng /mL,and the recoveries were in the range of 80% ~120%. The detection limits of four anions detected by IC were in the range of 0. 005 ~ 0. 015 μg /mL,and the recoveries were in the range of 90% ~ 102%. Conclusions The methods used for the determination of 20 chemical factors in water were simple,rapid and accurate,and it was reliable for evaluating the quality of the water for injection.
