摘要
从铁路企业和旅客双方的经济效益出发,基于旅客出行需求、旅客舒适度和列车虚糜,建立了高速铁路列车发车方案模型,提出了一种新的解决思路。首先,列举出所有可能的开行方案,接着利用智能算法去除那些可以不开行的方案,最后剩下的方案就是可以满足旅客出行需求的最优方案。利用遗传算法对问题进行了求解,可以快速求出高速铁路旅客列车发车方案。
To achieve economic efficiency for both the railway undertakings and passengers and taking into consideration passengers' demand for travel and comfort,together with the high vacancy rate of passenger trains,this research proposes a scheme for the operation of the high-speed passenger trains.First of all,enumerate all possible trains in operation;then by means of inteUigent algorithms remove those that could be saved;what is left should be in the demand of passengers.By means of genetic algorithms,an ideal operation scheme for the high-speed passenger trains can be quickly worked out.
