摘要
本文对核电站设备乏燃料储存架材料含硼不锈钢A887 304B7出现麻点质量问题进行调查、分析,分别考虑材料,环境的影响,进行了假设分析及试验验证,最终找到氯是产生麻点的根本原因。成功通过配制溶液浸洗有麻点的含硼不锈钢的方法解决了该质量问题,制定有效的改进措施,杜绝了麻点问题的再次产生,确保了设备质量,对实际生产有一定的参考价值。
Investigation and analysis were carried out for un-expectable stains in the boron stainless steel A887 304B7on spent fuel storage rack of nuclear power plant.Considering the impacts by materials and environment,respectively,an assumption analysis and experimental verification were conducted.Finally,it was found that chlorine was the root cause of the un-expectable stains.Through immersing the stained boron stainless steel in a particular solution,the stains were successfully cleaned.Some effective measures were further taken to completely eradicate stain reappearance.In terms of ensuring the qualities of materials and equipment,the results and conclusions would provide a certain guiding reference to the manufacturing.
