泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效 被引量：3

摘要 近年来,泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张已有较多报道。我院针对大隐静脉曲张患者行大隐静脉主干剥脱并对侧肢行硬化剂封闭,具有复发概率小、经济、微创、无严重并发症、患者容易接受等特点,近期效果满意。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组129例患者,共计171条肢体。其中男60例共75条肢体,女69例,共96条肢体。年龄31~77〔平均(56.4±22.3)〕岁。病程2~40年。
