摘要
目的探讨occludin、ZO-1在低-未分化胃癌、高-中分化胃癌、幼年性毛细血管瘤、浅表性胃炎胃黏膜、脐静脉5种标本中血管内皮细胞中的分布与表达。方法应用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学技术检测occludin、ZO-1在5种不同来源的血管内皮细胞的表达,并分别进行表达差异性比较。结果 occludin与Zo-1在5组标本血管内皮细胞中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),非胃癌组血管内皮细胞中二者的高表达率高于胃癌组(P<0.005),并且其表达率与血管所在的组织分化程度呈正相关,胃癌分化程度高,二者在血管内皮细胞的高表达率亦高。结论 occludin与Zo-1在血管内皮细胞的表达下调可能在肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移过程中发挥一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of tight junction associated protein occludin and ZO-1 in five different tissues. Methods SP immunohistochemistry on tissue microarray was used to detect five groups of different tissue,including well-medium differentiated gastric carcinoma,poor-undifferentiated gastric carcinoma,venilecapillary hemangioma,superficial gastritis gastric mucosa and human umbilical vein. Results The expression levels of occludin and ZO-1 protein were statistic differences in five groups. The expressions of occludin and ZO-1 protein were higher in non-gastric carcinoma than those in gastric carcinoma,also it was positively related to the histology differentiation degree. Conclusions Down-regulated of occludin and ZO-1 protein expressions in vascular endothelial cells might play a role in the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
