摘要
施工阶段工程造价涉及面广、影响因素众多、动态性突出,是工程造价控制的关键环节。针对施工阶段工程造价的关键控制流程架构,研究了施工阶段工程造价的数据收集、动态测算、对比分析等基本环节。从材料设备、工期控制、施工合同、工程变更以及索赔等角度出发,对施工阶段的工程造价控制给出了具体动态调整措施,对施工阶段工程造价的动态控制实践具有借鉴作用。
As the key link of construction cost control,engineering cost in construction phase relates to broad domains.Its affecting factors are numerous,and its dynamic feature is significant.For the key control process framework of construction cost during construction phase,several basic links including data collection,dynamic measurement,and comparative analysis of construction engineering cost during construction phase are studied.From the aspects of materials and equipment,duration control,construction contracts,construction changes and claims and so on,the specific dynamic adjustment measures on dynamic control of engineering cost during construction phase are given.And they will provide references for the practical dynamic control of engineering cost during construction phase.
