摘要
本文介绍了变频空调中用于压缩机驱动的智能功率模块(IPM)自举电路的电路结构及基本原理,详细分析了自举电路的充放电过程,并且给出了自举电容、自举电阻、自举二极管的参数计算方法,最后对IPM自举电路在变频空调的应用注意事项进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the circuit structure and basic principles of the intelligent power module(IPM) bootstrap circuit for inverter air conditioner compressor driven. The bootstrap process of bootstrap circuit was detailed analyzed. The parameter calculation method of bootstrap capacitance, bootstrap resistance and bootstrap diode were given out. At the end, the matters needing attention of the IPM bootstrap circuit was discussed.
