摘要
以特级高铝矾土和高纯碳化硅为主要原料制备硅莫砖,研究锆英砂加入量对硅莫砖性能的影响。结果表明:锆英砂含量对硅莫砖物理化学性能有很大的影响,随着锆英砂含量的增加,试样呈现体积密度和强度先增大后减小的变化趋势,热震稳定性和耐碱侵蚀能力明显增强,锆英砂的最佳加入量为10~15%。
Silica mullite bricks were prepared using high-grade bauxite and ultra-fine silicon carbide as main starting materials.Effects of the content of zircon sand on the property of silicon mullite bricks were investigated.It was shown that zircon sand addition has a great effect on physical and mechanical properties of the silicon mullite bricks.The bulk density and strength of the samples increase first and then decline with increasing content of additive.Thermal shock resistance and alkali erosion of the samples,however,are enhanced significantly in the case of zircon sand.The silica mullite brick possesses best alkali resistance,when 10~15%additive is used.
