摘要
研究了三峡库区生态环境现状,分析了发展态势,提出了三峡库区生态环境保护的经济战略目标和措施,并提出了污染治理的三大计划。
The authors research the present situation of ecological environment, analyze the developing trend, advance the guiding thoughts,strategic policies, strategic aids and measures,and finally puts forward three plans to control pollution in this area.
