摘要
马来酸酐(MA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)共聚所得的聚酯含有功能团(CH_2Cl),可以通过醚化、酰化、磺化等方法改变其性能。不饱和聚酯通常采用缩聚法合成,这一方法需要严格控制单体投料比及反应条件。
Alternating copolymerization of maleic anhydride (MA) withepichlo-rohydrin (ECH) was investigated by using Nd(naph) 3-Al(i^Bu)3 as catalyst, which was found to be a good catalyst for the alternating copolymerization of MA with ECH. The structure of copolymer product was characterized by IR and NMR. The kinetic studies indicate that the copolymerization reaction is first order with respect to monomer concentration and 0.5 order to catalyst concentration.
