摘要
目的:探讨CT导向下I125放射性粒子植入治疗晚期胰腺癌的护理。方法:对21例CT导向下I125放射性粒子植入治疗晚期胰腺癌的患者给予周到细致的护理,包括心理护理,术前护理,术中配合,术后并发症的防治,放射防护护理,健康教育等护理措施。结果:全部患者顺利完成粒子植入治疗。其中3例患者术后有轻度胰腺炎症状,6例患者术后中度疼痛,15例患者术后轻度疼痛,10例患者体温达到38.6~39.1℃。21例患者均未发生出血及肺栓塞并发症。结论:全面、周到、细致的护理是顺利完成CT导向下I125放射性粒子植入治疗晚期胰腺癌的重要保证。
[Objective] To investigate the clinic nursing of CT-guided ioding-125 seed implantation therapy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.[Method] 21 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who were treated by CT-guided ioding-125 seed implantation therapy were enrolled in this study.These patients received clinic nursing that included psychologic nursing,preoperative care,intraoperative cooperate and so on.[Result] After treatment,3 patients occurred mild pancreatitis,6 patients experienced severe pain and ten patients' temperature reached 38.6 ~ 39℃.[Conclusion] A comprehensive,thoughtful and careful nursing is the great standing policy of successfully complete ct-guided ioding-125 seed implantation therapy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
