控制工程的造价关键在设计阶段,在日益激烈的市场竞争中,我们更要以设计阶段为重心,有效控制投资。本文通过浅谈工程设计与造价控制,意在使工程建设领域各方对此之重视。
The design stage is the key to the control of construction costs.At the fierce market competition,we should focus on the design phase,to effectively control investment.Discussing the engineering design and the cost control in this paper is intended to attract the great importance of the parties to the construction field.
