摘要
医学成人教育是我国医学高等教育的一种重要形式,发展过程中存在诸多教育管理难点,影响教育质量。针对这些难点,我们从制度建设、师资培养、办班形式、教学方法、指导用书等方面进行探索,并取得成效。
Adult medical education is an important form of medical higher education in China.In the development process, there are many education and management difficulties which impacted the quality of education.In response to these questions, we explore on the system construction,teacher training,class forms,teaching methods,compile guidance books and achieve improvements.
