摘要
本文对用亚铁嗪直接比色法和原子吸收分光光度法测定血清铁进行了方法学的比较评价,结果表明,亚铁嗪直接比色法与原子吸收分光光度法相关性良好,经t检验,两种方法结果无显著性差异(P(0.05),且亚铁嗪直接比色法具有血清用量少,设备投入少,操作简便、快速的优点.
In this paper the ferrous benzoxazines directly colorimetric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry the methodology of serum iron,comparative evaluation results,ferrous benzoxazines directly colorimetric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the correlation between two methods t test,there is no significant difference(P 0.05),and ﹥ ferrous benzoxazines directly colorimetric method with serum usage,less input device,the advantages of the operation is fast and simple,more suitable in teaching.
