摘要
目的通过比较纤维桩和铸造金属桩核的临床疗效,探讨纤维桩在残冠残根中应用前景。方法选择根充完善的残冠残根113例、共141颗患牙,61例78颗患牙采用纤维桩、52例63颗牙采用传统的铸造金属桩,桩核完成后均行烤瓷全冠修复。修复后1、2和3年随访,观察各组桩核情况,比较疗效。结果经过1~3年的随访观察,纤维桩组治疗成功73颗患牙,失败5颗,成功率为93.59%;铸造金属桩组治疗成功52颗患牙,失败11颗,成功率为82.54%。两组的差异呈显著性(P<0.05)。结论纤维桩在修复残冠残根的应用中取得了满意的修复效果,优于传统铸造金属桩。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects on fiber post system and casting post-core in restoring residual root (crown).Methods113 patients with 141 teeth were entered into the observation, restored with fiber post system (61 patients with 78 teeth) and casting post-core (52 patients with 63 teeth), then both treated with crowns, all patients were followed up for 1-3 years after restoration.ResultsThe treatment of 73 cases was effective and 5 cases were failed in group of fiber post system, with the success rate 93.59%. The treatment of 52 cases was effective and 11 cases were failed in group of casting post-core, with the success rate 82.54%. There were statistically significant differences between two groups (P <0.05). ConclusionsThe clinical application of fiber post system is especially satisfactory, which can improve the restorative effect.
