摘要
本文论述了高职院校校企合作的必要性,强调目前校企合作主要是浅层次合作,并从经济学角度分析了产生的原因,认为企业个体理性的选择(不合作),恰恰是整个社会的不理性结果。要让社会做出理性选择,一是市场导向,校企合作需要寻找簇群,在这个簇群中,学校和企业(公司)达到深层次的合作;二是发挥政府的调节作用,引导和落实政策;三是发挥行业协会等第三方力量,形成不同行业深层次校企合作。
The necessity of College-enterprise of the high vocational college is illustrated here,mainly the lower-layer cooperation is emphasized here.The cause is also analyzed from the view of economics,that is the individual and rational choice(in cooperation)is just the irrational consequence.The rational choices of the society are:the guide of the market,both colleges and enterprises need to seek the clusters groups,the colleges and enterprises should form the deep layer cooperation;the adjustment of the government,to guide and put the policies into effect;the third party function,that is the guild,to form the close cooperation of different industries.
