摘要
本文通过实验研究了刀具前角、背吃刀量及进给量对KDP晶体表面粗糙度及表面波纹度的影响规律。研究结果表明,采用单点金刚石飞刀铣削方法加工KDP晶体光学元件的最佳刀具前角为-45°;背吃刀量对已加工表面的粗糙度影响不大;表面粗糙度随进给量增加而增大;已加工表面的波纹度与机床的工作状态有关,需采用合理的加工参数组合来保证。
The relationships of roughness and waveness with rake, cutting depth and feed are well investigated to KDP(potassinm dihydengen phosphate) crystals.The research result indicates that using single point diamond turning method the best rake of cutter to machine KDP crystal optical element is-45°;the cutting depth has just a little effect to the roughness of the finished surface;the roughness increases as the feed growing;the waveness of the finished surface is related with the working condition of the machine, and a better waveness needs to be obtained by an appropriate combination of the processing parameters.
