摘要 双Buck逆变器具有无桥臂直通、可靠性高、变换效率高的特点,本文针对其直流电压利用率低、双极性PWM调制波的缺陷,研究了一种三电平双Buck逆变器:通过将功率二极管用三电平开关取代,桥臂输出可改进为三电平PWM波,降低了输出谐波含量。新型三电平双Buck逆变器,采用高低频调制相结合的优化控制方案,在减小体积和重量的同时,保持了高效率和高可靠性。实验验证了以上分析的正确性。 双Buck逆变器具有无桥臂直通、可靠性高、变换效率高的特点,本文针对其直流电压利用率低、双极性PWM调制波的缺陷,研究了一种三电平双Buck逆变器:通过将功率二极管用三电平开关取代,桥臂输出可改进为三电平PWM波,降低了输出谐波含量。新型三电平双Buck逆变器,采用高低频调制相结合的优化控制方案,在减小体积和重量的同时,保持了高效率和高可靠性。实验验证了以上分析的正确性。
