高管层内薪酬的显性激励与隐性激励关系研究——基于沪市A股上市制造公司

摘要 本文基于目前高管层薪酬结构、激励的热点问题,从薪酬激励的显性和隐性角度出发,研究了薪酬内部激励之间的关系。实证研究发现薪酬的显现激励与隐性激励存在着显著的相关性,说明可以通过设计薪酬的水平和结构,调节显性和隐性激励,达到薪酬激励的最满意效果。
