摘要
总结分析了新形势下发生护患纠纷的原因,包括护士仪表、表情、性格,人员配置不足、服务不到位,沟通不到位,技术水平因素,责任心不强,隐私问题,对诊断治疗不满及费用问题。认为在临床护理工作中,加强管理,注重工作中易被忽略的细小环节,可避免护患纠纷的发生。
