摘要
本文指出了造成水轮机过流部件转轮、导水机构和止漏环磨蚀破坏的要素和部件,从水力试验研究、结构、材质、加工工艺阳表面保护等方面综述了提高中比速混流式水轮机过流部件抗磨蚀性能的关键措施。
The main reasons of causing wear abrasion and cavitation erosion for turbine parts—runner, gate operating mechanism, wearing rings and their erosion locations are presented. The key measures of improving anticorrosion property for medium specific speed turbine in the view of hydraulic test, construction, material and machninig technology are described.
