摘要
教学策略是教师教学时有计划地引导学生学习以达成教学目标所采取的一切方法,研究提高幼儿园教师教学策略运用水平的对策具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。研究表明,教学观摩和园本培训是提高幼儿园教师教学策略运用水平的外在条件;终身学习和实践锻炼是提高幼儿园教师教学策略运用水平的内部保障;行动研究和教学反思是提高幼儿园教师教学策略运用水平的关键环节。
Teaching strategy refers to all the methods the teacher uses to achieve the teaching goals. The study of improving teachers’ teaching strategy is significant both theoretically and practically. Research shows that open teaching and kindergarten-oriented training is the exterior condition for the improvement, lifelong learning and practice is the internal guarantee, and action study and reflection is the key link.
