摘要
针对我国医院管理中薪酬激励制度存在的问题,提出要在综合体制、政策、观念等影响因素的基础上,设计出一种科学有效的激励性薪酬制度。在市场竞争激烈的环境下,医院要提高其竞争力必须不断更新观念,构建"对内具有公平性,对外具有竞争力"的薪酬战略,提高医院的核心竞争力。
According to the problem of hospital management incentive systems in our country,this paper proposed that the necessity of designing a scientific and effective incentive pay system on the basis of integrating the factors of system,policy and concepts.Under the environment of market competition,hospitals have to update concepts constantly and establish the 'internal equity with external competition' remuneration strategy,and so as to enhance core competitiveness of the hospital.
