摘要 在图像/视频中自动检测和定位绝缘子是绝缘子故障诊断重要前提,但是目前还没有高效的、成本较低的检测绝缘子方法。本文提出了一种利用边缘方向直方图定位绝缘子的方法。首先,分别计算图像子块和模板的边缘方向矢量,并通过矢量变换得到变形模板的边缘方向矢量;之后,针对分块的图像,通过模板与之边缘方向矢量匹配,得到绝缘子的候选区域;而后,对候选区域进行连续性判断,从而实现绝缘子的准确定位。实验表明该算法能够较好地在图像/视频中检测和定位绝缘子。 Auto-detection and location insulator is an important prerequisite for fault diagnoses of insulator in the image or video, but there is no an efficient, lower-cost method now. In this paper, we propose a method that can detect insulators using edge orientation histogram. First of all, edge orientation vectors of the image sub-block and template are calculated respectively, and we can obtain edge orientation vectors of deformed templates by vector transformation. Then candidate regions of insulators are obtained through matching edge orientation vectors between template and sub-blocks. At last, the accurate regions of insulators are further verified by judging continuity of candidates. Experiments demonstrate the favorable performances in variety images or videos.
