摘要
随着制造业发展,弯管机广泛应用于锅炉、空调制造、汽车等多种行业。本文设计了一种用于锅炉生产的全自动数控弯管机。整个系统由机械系统、液压系统和控制系统等组成,可以完成复杂空间形状的空心管加工。采用PLC作为控制中心直接与硬件交互;触摸屏使得人机交互友好,并为操作者提供了手动控制的功能;高精度的步进电动机及编码器保证了控制的精度。实际应用表明所设计的弯管机工作稳定可靠,性能价格比较高。
With the development of manufacturing industry, pipe bender is widely applied in boiler, air conditioner, and automobile, etc. This paper designed an automatic digital control pipe bender used for boiler manufacture. It consisted of mechanism system, hydraulic system, and control system. It could implement complex shape processing of hollow pipe. PLC was the control center of the whole system to communicate with other hardware. Touch screen offered a convenient HMI and manual operation for operator. Accurate step motor and encoder guaranteed the control precision. Practice proved the pipe bender designed in the article has good dependability and cost performance.
