摘要
通过构建医疗决策的微观效用模型来分析增设"药事服务费"对医生决策行为的影响。模型显示"药事服务费"不是变相的"以药养医",与药品加成对医生决策行为的影响有着本质区别:它有助于提高医疗效率,减少"大处方"和"多处方";内在的要求转变现行医疗支付方式;但并未从根本上解决患者的"就医选择权"问题。
By building medical utility model to analyze the effect of pharmaceutical services fee in the medical decision-making behavior of doctors.The model showed that pharmaceutical services fee is not the way of increasing the revenue of hospital excessive sales of drugs and has intrinsic difference with the effect of increasing the percentage of drug fee in the medical decision-making behavior of doctors.Pharmaceutical services fee does help to improve medical services efficiency and reduce the big prescription and multi-prescription,and it requires change the current medical payment.But it does not solve the problem of 'the right to choose medical treatment' of patients.
