摘要
企业是国民经济发展的基础,企业员工的健康状况与国民经济息息相关,广泛开展以企业为主体的健康管理具有降低疾病负担和拉动经济增长的双重意义。从企业健康管理的概念、现状、目标、对象、方法和实践等6个方面对企业健康管理加以阐释。
Enterprises are the basis for national economic development,and the health status of employees is closely related to the national economy.To launch a broad,enterprise-oriented health management has a double effect of lowering burden of diseases and promoting economic growth.In this paper,the concept,status,goals,targets,methods and practice of enterprise-oriented health management have been reviewed.
