摘要
对商业休闲街区的基本特征以及近年来涌现出的典型商业步行街区进行研究,着重分析了现代商业休闲街区的设计特征、历史文化特征及城市功能,最后就商业运作特征与发展提出建议。
Based on the point of the basic conception of modern commercial walking block, the thesis being illustrated by the newly built commercial centers, makes a discussion on the modern commercial walking street about its design character,cultural and historical character and cities' social function.In the end the author made a suggestion on its commercial operation and developing direction.
