摘要
目的观察硝酸甘油、低分子肝素对慢性肺心病患者心功能的影响。方法对收治的42例慢性肺心病病人随机分为两组,对照组20例,采用低流量吸氧,控制感染、解痉平喘、强心利尿,纠正水电解质平衡紊乱等内科常规综合治疗。治疗组22例在上述常规治疗的基础上加用硝酸甘油10～25mg于5%葡萄糖中静滴,每日1次,同时予以腹壁皮下注射低分子肝素4000U,每天2次,7天为一个疗程。结果治疗后,两组病人临床心功能均有改善,治疗组左室射血分数提高明显好于对照组,且差异有显著性。结论硝酸甘油、低分子肝素联合治疗能够改善慢性肺心病患者的心功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of nitroglycerin and low molecular heparin on heart function in the patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease.Methods Forty-two patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups,the patients of control group received routine treatment,and the patients of test group were adminstred nitroglycerin and low molecular heparin for 7 days.Results After treatment,the clinical heart function of the patients in the two groups was improved;the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) of patients in the test group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Nitroglycerin and low molecular heparin may improve the clinical heart function.
