摘要
免费师范生作为准教师,他们的教师职业认可程度直接影响着学习质量和未来的教育质量。通过问卷法、访谈法等方法对x大学的部分师范生做了教师职业认同感的现状调查,免费师范生在性别、是否独生子女、年级、户口等方面存在显著性差异。分析其原因和影响因素,针对问题提出具体的策略建议,为免费师范生的培养提供理论依据。
As the normal students,the degrees of their teaching occupation recognized directly have impact on the quality of learning and the quality education in the future.Through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,we made a survey of normal students in the X University about their future job of being a teacher.The accounts show that free normal students are significantly different in gender,grade,birthplace,whether to be an only child in the family.Through the study of factors,the writer gives some proposed strategy according to specific issues in order to provide a basic theory to train free normal students.
