摘要
电厂汽机房屋盖采用实腹式钢梁与A、B列混凝土柱采用刚性连接的结构型式,在国内尚未有规范、标准可循,也没有相关设计经验借鉴,为一种新的结构型式.通过3种节点形式的试验和有限元分析,证明L型刚性节点属于延性破坏,具有一定的抗震耗能能力,完全适应于实际工程设计.具体的工程设计对比表明,实腹式钢梁与混凝土柱刚性连接的屋盖具有受力好、美观、经济、制作简单、施工方便等优点,是一种优化结构,可供其他工程参考.
Regarding structural system of turbo-generator hall with rigid connections between solid-web-steel-beam roof and Row A & B reinforced concrete columns,there are still no codes or standards for reference in China,corresponding design experiences are also lacking,so it is a creative structural system.According to experiments and finite element analysis about three type connections,L-shaped rigid connections belong to ductile fracture;it holds power-wasting capacity to resist seismic loads and completely suitable to engineering design.Comparison of engineering practice indicates that the structural system with solid-web-steel-beam roof and reinforced concrete columns has following advantages:good in mechanical properties,aesthetic,economical,simple fabrication,convenient for construction,etc.It is an optimized structure system,so as to offer a good reference for other engineering project.
