摘要
浙江国华宁海电厂位于浙江宁波象山港底部,临海而建.为保持海洋生态环境,按照海洋评价等级2级的标准,宁海电厂二期扩建工程2×1 000 MW超临界机组设计2座13 000 m2双曲线自然通风海水冷却塔,工程规模及防腐设计为亚洲首例.其特点是采用海水冷却循环,海水对钢筋混凝土有很强的腐蚀作用,因此涂层防腐施工尤为关键及重要.通过采用环氧底漆、聚氨酯施工工艺防腐的有效措施,增强防腐层与混凝土的封闭性及耐久性,以确保海水冷却塔的安全运行,并取得了理想效果.重点从海水冷却塔、防腐涂料施工、防腐工程的特点几个方面进行论述总结.
Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power Plant is located at the bottom of Nimrod Bay in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province;it is constructed near the sea.In order to maintain the ecological environment,in accordance with the second sea evaluation level,2 hyperbolic natural ventilation seawater cooling towers are designed for 2×1 000 MW super critical units for the second stage extension project in Ninghai Power Plant,both project scale and anticorrosion design being the first examples in Asia.The characteristic of the design is to use seawater cooling cycle.Seawater has great corrosion effect on reinforced concrete;so the anticorrosion coating construction is very important.By application of effective anticorrosion construction technology with use of epoxy primer and polyurethane,the sealing property and durability between anticorrosive coating and concrete are enhanced,so as to ensure the operation security of seawater cooling tower.It is proved to be ideally effective.This paper mainly discusses and summarizes following aspects including seawater cooling tower,anticorrosion coating construction,and characteristics of anticorrosion project.
