摘要
近等原子比NiTi合金具有独特的力学性能,如形状记忆效应、超弹性和高阻尼效应,已成为一种新型的医用金属材料。但是镍元素在生理条件下可能溶出,诱发毒性和炎症反应,并大大降低了合金的使用寿命,因此限制了其在临床的广泛应用。本文分类介绍了几种均能有效地抑制镍离子的溶出、提高NiTi合金耐蚀性的表面改性方法,包括表面惰性涂层化、表面化学氧化、表面激光改性和表面活性化等防腐方法。
Near-atomic ratio of NiTi alloy with unique mechanical properties,such as shape memory effect,superelasticity and high damping effect,has become a new type of medical metallic materials.However,the physical conditions of Ni+ dissolution may induce toxicity and inflammatory response,and greatly reduce the life of the alloy,thereby limiting its broad application in clinical field.In this paper,several modification technologies of NiTi alloy that can effectively inhibit the dissolution of Ni+ to improve the corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy are introduced,including inert surface coating,surface chemical oxidation,laser surface modification,surface activity and so on.
