摘要
以聚γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)和苯乙烯为原料、氢氧化铝为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂制备高吸水树脂,并考察交联剂用量、引发剂用量和溶液pH等因素对树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:温度80℃,γ-PGA与苯乙烯的质量比为3∶1,引发剂用量为总质量的1.5%,交联剂用量为总质量的1.0%,溶液pH为6。制得的吸水树脂具有较强的吸水性及pH敏感性,吸水率最高可达到树脂自身质量的400~500倍。
High absorbent resin was prepared by γ-PGA and styrene as raw materials,aluminum hydroxide as the cross-linking agent,azo-bis-isobutyronitrile as the initiator,and the influencing factors such as the amount of the crosslinker,usage of the initiator solution and pH value on the water-absorbing ability of the absorbent resin were discussed.The results show that the best preparation process are as follows:80℃ of temperature,3∶1 of γ-PGA and styrene mass,1.5% of the total mass of the ratio initiator dosage,1% of the total mass of the amount of absorbent resin cross-linking agent,6 of the solution pH value.The absorbent resin has higher water-absorbing ability and it is sensitive to pH,and the highest water-absorbing ability can reach as heavy 400 to 500 times as its own height.
