摘要
随着矿山生产能力的逐年上升,矿体开采强度也越来越大,矿山采充循环速度加快,相应地如何提高充填体的早期强度对改善井下矿山安全生产环境、加快矿山企业发展意义重大。根据金川二矿区生产实际,对JB-C型早强塑化剂在充填砂浆中进行了不同比例添加条件下的室内试验研究,结果表明在当前的生产条件下(砂浆浓度为78%,水泥耗量280~310 kg/m^3,灰沙比为1:4)适当的添加早强塑化剂会明显改善现有充填体的早期强度,早强剂在一期进路充填过程中添加的前景是光明的,符合二矿区高强度开采的现实要求。
Along with mine production capacity increase year-by-year,the speed of mine is faster and faster,and the speed of mining and fillings cycle is speeded up.It is important that improving the early strength of filling to mine safety production and the development of mine.No 2 mining area carry out indoor study that JB-C type pozzolith is added in filling according to different ratio.The results show that adding appropriate early strength agent in the current condition(78% concentration of grout,cement consumption volume of 280~310 kg/m^3,cement to sand 1:4 ) significantly improve the early filling body strength.It is bright that Early strength agent is added into filling body,and can meet the practical requirements of mine high tension stoping in No 2 mining area.
