摘要
采用制备的Zn/HZSM-5催化剂在固定床微反中研究了乙烯无氧芳构化过程,考察了ZSM-5分子筛的硅铝比、催化剂的Zn含量、反应温度、空速、乙烯分压等条件对乙烯的转化率、芳烃的选择性和催化剂稳定性等的影响,得到优化的工艺条件为:使用高硅铝比(150)的ZSM-5分子筛,Zn含量为2%,反应温度为500℃,空速为3000mL/(g-h),芳烃收率可达60%以上,且催化剂稳定性较好.
Zn/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared for the study of process of ethylene aromatization without oxygen in a fixed bed reactor.The effects of Si/Al ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite,Zn content of the catalyst,reaction temperature,WHSV,and partial pressure of ethylene on conversion rate of ethylene,selectivity of aromatics and stability of the catalyst were specifically studied.The preferred reaction conditions were as follow:the Si/Al ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite was 150,zinc content of catalyst 2%,reaction temperature 500℃,and WHSV 3000 mL/(g-h).As a consequence,the yield of aromatics was over 60%,with an outstanding stability of the catalyst.
