摘要
以工业纯锌为原料采用正交实验方法进行电脉冲孕育处理的实验研究.通过不同处理时间、脉冲频率及脉冲电压等参数条件下试样的冷却曲线和凝固组织来研究3个工艺参数对电脉冲孕育处理效果影响程度,以此确定最佳处理参数组合.结果表明,不同因素对电脉冲孕育处理效果的影响强弱顺序为频率>电压>处理时间,本实验条件下的最佳处理参数组合为时间90s,频率4.5Hz,电压500V.经过电脉冲孕育处理凝固组织柱状晶的长度和宽度都变细小,等轴晶个数明显增多.
The experimental study of electric pulse modification on industrial pure zinc was carried out with orthogonal design method. The analysis of the cooling curve and solidification structure was used to confirm the influencing degree of those electric pulse treatment factors including treating time,pulse frequency and pulse voltage and arriving at the optimized processing parameter combination. The experimental results showed that the sequence of the influencing degree of those factors was frequency,voltage and processing time. The optimal processing parameter combination was 90 s, 4.5 Hz and 500 V. The isometric grains increased in number, and the size of columnar crystals decreased in solidification structure.
