摘要
在评价弹用捷联惯导系统的可靠性时,需要其关键件的可靠性信息。本文应用现代统计学中的置信推理方法,基于弹用捷联惯导系统陀螺仪组件的小样本、少失效试验数据给出提取其可靠性信息的有效方法,为定量评价和管理该类组件的可靠性提供一条新的技术途径。
At appraising the reliability of the missile-borne strapdown inertial navigation system,the reliability information for the key groups are needed.Based on the data with small sample size and few failures,an efficient method of extracting reliability information of the missile-borne gyroscope was proposed by using the modern statistics method of fiducial inference.The method provides a new technology approach for appraising and managing reliability of the groups.
