摘要
运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,构建了以各省市规模以上工业企业的总产值为产出,各省市规模以上工业企业能耗、固定资本年均余额和流动资本年均余额、从业人员的年平均数为投入的能源效率评价模型,并对2005—2007年间我国30个省市工业部门的全要素能源效率进行了实证分析。结果显示:我国工业部门能源效率较高的省市主要集中于东部沿海地区,而中部和西部大部分省市的工业部门能效相对较低,而且还存在较大程度的能源投入冗余。
Based on data envelope analysis method,an energy resource efficiency evaluation model was established by taking the gross industrial output value as output indicator and the energy consumption of industrial department,the annual average balance of working capitals and annual average balance of net value of fixed assets,annual average employed persons as input indicators,which are based on each province's industrial enterprises above designated size,and the total factor energy resource efficiencies of 30 provinces' industrial departments in China from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed illustratively by the model.The analyzed results show that the provinces whose industry departments have higher energy resource efficiency mostly locate in eastern coastal area;and the provinces having the lower efficiency locate in central and westen area,in which considerable energy resource input redundancy still exists.
