摘要
党的十六大提出构建终身教育体系,这对继续教育发展提出了新的要求和新的任务。本文首先对继续教育学院创建学习型党组织的必要性进行了研究,在此基础上分析了学习型党组织的内涵和特征,并提出了创建学习型党组织的理念和原则。文章建议继续教育学院创建学习型党组织应该按照做好调查研究、抓好思想发动、开展试点工作、制定实施方案、建立管理机制、完善规章制度、进行学习改造的步骤进行。
The 16th National Congress of the CPC has brought forward building learning society system,which brings new task to the development of continual education.Based on the study of the necessity of the learning organizations of party branch,this paper analyzes the intension and the characteristics of the learning organizations. Giving the principle and the ideas of the learning organizations of party branch,this paper draws that the construction of learning organizations of party branch in continual education institutes should do investigation and study well, clasp the ideology mobilization,develop experimental work,set up the management system,perfect the rules and regulations,carry on a study reform.
