摘要
本文利用城市生命体的生产力、生活态、生态势、生机度四个准则层对城市生命体健康进行评价,选择主客观组合赋权法计算权重,运用线性加权求和模型计算城市生命体健康指数,使评价结果更为客观、可靠.并将基于主客观组合赋权法的城市生命体健康评价方法应用于内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市城市生命体健康指数评价.结果表明,2000—2006年,巴彦淖尔市生命体健康指数由病态状态过渡到不健康状态,整体向着健康方向发展,但仍存在很多问题需要改善.
The concept of urban vital organism is introduced in this paper.In order to assess health status of urban vital organism,urban vital organism health index,which consists of productivity power,living status,ecological ascendancy and vital force,is proposed.To completely assess urban development status towards eco-city,an index system for urban vital organism health assessment is established.In this comprehensive index method,the combination weighting approach of subjective and objective and the model of linear weighted summation are selected to calculate health index of urban vital organism,making the assessment results more objective and more reliable.The developed assessment method is applied to the Bayannaoer city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The results indicate that the urban vital organism health status of the Bayannaoer city has been improved from illness situation to unhealth situation during 2000—2006.Through analyzing the results of assessment,limiting factors and weaknesses for the Bayannaoer city towards eco-city have been investigated.They can supply helpful information for looking for 'resource-saving and environment-friend' development pattern in the Bayannaoer city.
