摘要
玻壳缺陷检测与几何测量一直是企业需要解决的技术难题,机器视觉技术的出现为这个难题的解决提供了契机,本文研究了利用机器视觉检测技术识别玻壳缺陷的方法,针对玻壳的几何特征,设计了采用三维视觉量测技术测量玻锥管颈的规格的方法,经过实验室仿真测试达到了设计要求,验证了方案的可行性。
The weld defect detection and geometric measurement of the glass shell are always the tough technical problem for enterprises.However,the machine vision offers the solution to this problem.The article adopts the method of using machine vision for the weld defect detection and takes the geometric features of the glass shell into consideration.Then it promotes the way to measure the glass shell by using three-dimensional measurement.At last,it also carries out the simulation testament of the lab experiment and proves the feasibility of the program.
