摘要
某房屋结构工程由于地基持力层土分布较浅,造成所采用的沉管灌注桩仅长4m左右,工程中先按桩进行设计估算并采用静载荷试验结果来确定其承载力,试验表明该基础构件虽短但仍呈现桩的工作特性,完工后建筑物沉降观测满足要求,取得了较好的效果。
Some four meters long driven cast-in-place piles cast-in-place piles were adopted in a building engineering because of shallow distribution of bearing soil foundation.Static load test was used to determine the bearing capacity of piers after caculations.Good results were got that the foundation components working performance confirmed with piers feature.Observation of subsidence met the requirements of norms after the completion of main stucture.
