摘要 介绍我国跨世纪最大的科学装备工程——上海光源异形双层金属屋面中有关异形屋面蜂窝铝板的加工成型技术。该金属屋面外形呈"鹦鹉螺"形式,双层结构的上层体系为蜂窝铝板,下层体系为压型钢板和聚氨酯硬泡体。采用科学合理的加工工艺,精确制作异形屋面板,确保了屋面施工的顺利进行,实现设计的功能和要求。 The greatest cross-century science engineering project SSFR is introduced for its manufacturing and molding technology of aluminum honeycomb panel in the profiled double-layer metal roof system,which is shaped like a spiral ammonite.Meanwhile,the metal roof system is featured by double-layer,the upper of which is aluminum honeycomb panel while the lower of which is composed of roll-profiled steel sheet and rigid polyurethane foam body.Based on scientific and reasonable manufacturing technology,the profiled roof panel is precisely processed to ensure smooth progress of roof construction and realize concerning design functions as well as requirements.
