摘要
三联拱结构在暗挖地铁车站浅埋暗挖中已经越来越普遍的被采用,该结构的暗挖大多采用安全性高,灵活性好,可操作性强,机械化程度低,出土效率高,工序间干扰较少的中洞法施工技术。北京地铁四号线石榴庄路站三联洞暗挖段穿越粉质粘土和中粗砂地层,采用中洞法施工,即中洞先行开挖,然后开挖两侧隧道,分部衬砌,施工过程中受力转换复杂,分部沉降对地层影响大,通过采用合理施工方法,信息化调整支护参数,有效控制了地面沉降,确保了结构的安全稳定。
The three-arch structure in shallow underground excavation of subway stations has been adopted more and more common.Most of the mining structure using safe,good flexibility,easy to operate,the low level of mechanization,unearthed efficient process with less interference in the construction technology hole.The three-arch tunnel on Shiliuzhuang Subway Sation of Line 4 in Beijing Metro passes through the ground consisting of silty clay and medium-coarse sand,which is constructed by means of the center drift method.The central drift of the tunnel is excavated first,which is followed by the excavation of the side drifts.The conversion of the force-bearing of the tunnel during construction is very complex and the settlement occurring in different excavation steps has great impaction the settlement of ground.By means of adopting proper construction methods and modifying the reinforcement parameters on the basis of the monitoring data,the safety and stability of the tunnel are guaranteed and the difficult problems are solved.
