摘要 针对循环流化床热电气焦油多联产系统中流化床热解煤焦油流动性能不佳的问题,分析了甲苯不溶物对焦油黏度的影响,比较了不同添加剂对焦油黏度的影响。通过比较焦油原样黏度和甲苯可溶物黏度,发现甲苯不溶物对焦油黏度有着显著影响。通过选用乙醇、油酸、硬脂酸、工业汽油、甲苯和四氢呋喃等9种不同类别的添加剂,分析在不同的添加比例下添加剂对煤焦油流动性能的影响,发现随着添加比例的增大,煤焦油的黏度降低,其中乙醇的降黏效果最为明显。此外,通过采用光学显微镜比较焦油添加添加剂前后的微观结构,并对添加剂的降黏原理进行了分析。 The influence of toluene insoluble and the additives on the fluidity of the multi-product coal tar was investigated.Through comparing the viscosity of the coal tar and the viscosity of toluene soluble,it is found that the toluene insoluble is a important factor in increasing the viscosity of coal tar.Nine kinds of additives are elected to improve the fluidity of the low temperature coal tar:oleic acid,industrial gasoline,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,etc.Through the measurement of the rotating viscosity,it's found that the fluidity of coal tar was improved with the increasing of the content added and ethanol has the best effect among them.In addition,the mechanism in changing the viscosity of coal tar was also discussed by means of optical microscopy.
