摘要
在分析了多重并发故障诊断特点的基础上,进一步将无量纲指标用于旋转机械的故障诊断,对多重并发故障的时域无量纲指标进行了分析研究,阐述了多重并发故障与单一故障基于无量纲指标的关系,探索出了一条诊断并发故障的规律.取出各20组检测的不对中轴、轴承少滚珠的波形指标取值,计算落入并发故障的波形指标取值区间的次数,将统计次数除以20的比值作为诊断精度.实验结果表明,将该方法用于并发故障诊断的诊断精度达到了90%.
In view of this difficulty of concurrent faults,nondimensionless parameter was further applied to the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery based on the characteristics of the concurrent faults diagnosis.Then,time-domain and non-dimensionless parameter of the concurrent faults was analyzed.Moreover,the relationship based on the non-dimensionless parameter between the concurrent fault and single fault was studied in this paper,and a rule of diagnosis fault was found.Detection of each 20 groups out of waveform parameter values of offset fault and bearing with less ball fault,then calculated the number which fall into the interval of waveform parameter values of the concurrent faults,take the statistics number/20 ratio as diagnosis accuracy.The experimental results show that the diagnosis accuracy of this method applying in the concurrent fault diagnosis comes out to 90%.
