摘要
在常温环境下,进行了RTM成型工艺制备的复合材料单搭接头的剪切强度实验,记录并处理了实验数据;根据实验现象分析了单搭接头的破坏机理;建立了RTM复合材料单搭接头的三维(3D)有限元模型,模拟了搭接头的拉伸剪切破坏过程,并预测了搭接头破坏位置与破坏载荷,预测结果与实验现象吻合良好。
Shearing experiments were carried out to investigate mechanical properties of composite single-lap joints,processed by using the RTM techniques,and failure mechanism was discussed from experimental observation.Three-dimensional finite element(3D FE)models were generated to provide an insight into failure locations and mechanism of RTM composite single-lap joint.The failure location and process were predicted,demonstrating a good agreement between the predictions from 3D FEM and experiments.
